These are excellent working dogs. They are also very versatile and adapt to the lifestyle of their human family. Bobtail English Shepherds are great with kids, cats, poultry, and really whatever their humans expose them to. We have had puppies who have gone to families from coast to coast. They have gone to working cattle farms, in-home daycares, city living, hobby farms and even boating families! We cannot say enough good things about these dogs. Truly!!

A little about the breed.
Bobtail English Shepherds are working dogs that are born with a natural instinct to herd. They are intelligent loving dogs that adapt to the lifestyle of their humans. Bobtail English Shepherds bond strongly with their human family and love to earn praise and affection. Their tails vary in length from natural bob to moderately long. Their colors include black and white, sable, brown, blonde and tri-color.
